I am a business psychologist with over fifteen years’ experience of working as a trusted expert advisor to leading organisations in the UK and worldwide.

By definition I am a generalist. You can’t draw neat boxes around people and organisational problems. I work across the whole talent management cycle, turning research insights and psychological theory into practical and accessible business improvements for people, teams and organisations.

I have spoken at conferences, contributed to a range of articles for specialist HR publications, and been quoted in the national press, including the Daily Telegraph and Financial Times.

As part of the UK & Ireland Professional Services management team of CEB Talent Assessment, I manage complex client projects and develop of new and updated consulting services and solutions.
